There is no service record that survives for him but it would be possible to fill in some more detail about his service. I would appreciate any info as to what that number denotes. I know he was in the 22nd battalion but know nothing else except he was awarded all his medals so assume he saw some active service. Can anyone shed any light on this?
LindaLinda Turnernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1944079581687608453.post-71539442993816453042020-01-05T13:13:58.239+00:002020-01-05T13:13:58.239+00:00This comment has been removed by the author.Paul Nixonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12354531380984476532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1944079581687608453.post-51405130562956912022020-01-03T07:07:09.659+00:002020-01-03T07:07:09.659+00:00I am trying to find any information about a gentle...I am trying to find any information about a gentleman called Mr G,h Oliver manchester regt service number 53884 any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks for looking
Adrian Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13035343437944031995noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1944079581687608453.post-34685815183849911252018-11-09T13:37:47.354+00:002018-11-09T13:37:47.354+00:00Thank you for your comment.
